Sistah-time

Ensuring that I am "Not just a Hearer, but A DOER," please allow me to share with you a little information about the Sistah-Time Community Outreach Program, where God has allowed me to labor in serving others.

Sistah-Time is a Faith-based Community Outreach Program whose mission is to incite positive change in women's lives from all walks of life.  We show our efforts via acts of service at our local shelters servicing women and children through partnership with Miles Ministries.  We "intentionally" aid hurting sisters by facilitating bible study lessons, life path courses, focus prayer sessions, and the collecting of intimate items such as (undergarments) to help our sisters in need.

The program's overall aim is to develop lasting relationships where we can grow and mature together in the Word of God for our continual service in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

We believe - "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."  Proverbs 27:17 (NIV)
